Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mondedejolie@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work to find an appropriate solution.

Custom commissions, personalized items, digital products, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
