Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Handmade, made-to-order, and custom items may require additional processing time. Any extended production timelines will be noted on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Jolie is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Jolie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
