The Dark Veil Set

Inspired by avoidant attachment, the Dark Veil set represents the walls we build to protect ourselves from vulnerability. The black veil conceals the face while the silhouette remains exposed, reflecting the contradiction of wanting to be seen while keeping others at a distance.

Featuring a crochet halter top, coordinating shorts, and a dramatic veil, the piece was designed to embody emotional withdrawal, self-protection, and the illusion of independence. Dark, mysterious, and intentionally detached, this set transforms avoidance into a wearable form.
